Marcia Ross is Coordinator of Fine Arts for Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, the Niagara County Chapter of NYSARC, Inc. She has a B.A. in both Art Education and Journalism from SUNY College at Buffalo, New York State Teacher Certification in Visual Arts, and is working on her MS in Art Education. She taught in Middle and High Schools in private and public schools in Erie County for four years before joining Opportunities Unlimited almost five years’ ago. Marcia lived in New York City for 25 years and previously designed business graphics and managed printing for Bond research at a number of Wall Street Firms.
